Title: Site Manager

We are looking for a Site Manager willing to join our Downstream Team and lead the execution phase of the project, ensuring that all milestones are achieved within the planned timeframe, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements.
In addition, the Site Manager will act as the key interface with the Head Office, providing timely feedback on engineering issues and project management activities.
Candidate will take responsibility for the following activities:
- Achieve the executive phase milestones (such as: End of Erection Certificate, PAC and FAC) of the project within the target time, budget cost, quality and safety requirements.
- Act as Site Representative and be the main interface with the Customer (keeping good relationship) as well as with the Head Office during the site life. Reporting periodically to both of a.m. parties the site progress, schedule and all the other site issues.
- Carry out the material/equipment OPI, organize, schedule and follow‐up the erection/commissioning activities with the co‐operation of the site team. This also include the management of the Sub‐Contractors.
- Produce, when all the site activities are completed, the final site report with all the feedback such as: NCR summary, as‐built digs, erection yield and summary manpower hrs. for each discipline, etc..
- Produce the Site Final Quality Dossier in accordance with Erection Quality Control plan (QCP).
- Manage the engineering and supply No Conformity. Suggest the disposal solution in coordination with Head Office. Support the Head Office in managing claims with the Customer, Suppliers and Sub‐Contractors.
Required profile:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or mechanical background.
- 3/5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience in the steel industry is preferred, and knowledge of the installation and commissioning of reheating furnaces and treatment line furnaces is a strong plus.
- Willingness to frequent worldwide travel.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken is mandatory.
- Good inter-personal skills in combination with a strong self-supporting/ independent character.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good understanding of dynamic and challenging environments.
- Open mind attitude and desire to take on new challenges complete the ideal profile.
