Your role in Tenova:  Commissioning Engineer
Description: 

We are looking for a young Commissioning Engineer willing to join our Downstream Team to carry out the timely commissioning of plants, in full compliance with BU quality standards, growing the Tenova brand while liaising with the customer on site.

You will carry on the following activities:

Cooperate with the various discipline supervisorsor for pre/commissioning and ensure the collecting of trial documentation and the technical documentation updated according to trials held.

Prepare the final test procedures for plant acceptance trials.

Transmit any request for modification and the ensuing non-compliance reports, co-ordinate pending lists with discipline supervisors and execution managers.

Prepare the takeover packages.

Support site manager in plant start-up activities.

Guarantee, wherever necessary, the execution of ''off site training'' and ''training on the job'' for Client personnel.

Report and archive the results of commissioning activities, giving feedback to technical department, in particular for guaranteed parameters and customer acceptance.

Perform test execution/commissioning .

Supervise and ensure the collecting of trial documentation and technical documentation updated according to trials held.

Give feedback to project manager/engineer  about the plant working condition in reference to the design parameters.

 

Required profile:

Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. A focus on Technical Physics or Process Technology is a plus.

Willingness to frequent worldwide travel (50% the working time, typically for continuous period of 1/2 months).

Fluent in English, written and spoken is mandatory.

Good inter-personal skills in combination with a strong self-supporting/ independent character.

Excellent interpersonal skills with good understanding of dynamic and challenging environments.

Open mind attitude and desire to take on new challenges complete the ideal profile.
