Sales Specialist for Spare Parts & Services
Description:
We are looking for a Sales Specialist for Spare Parts & Services to join our Customer Service department to ensure the correct management of after sales activities assisting the customer with spare parts supply and upgrades.
You will carry on the following activities:
- Preparation of technical specifications, cost calculations, and schedules
- International customer correspondence and customer visits
- Handling inquiries, quotations, and orders from both a technical and commercial perspective
- Project responsibility for spare parts and service orders
Required profile:
- Vocational training or university degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience desirable
- Sales affinity and strong customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of SAP, AutoCAD, and Pro.File
- Ability to work in a team, independence, and a high sense of responsibility
- Excellent German and good English skills
