Your role in Tenova:  Quality Manager
Description: 
We are looking for a Quality Manager Plant Engineering who contributes to the development, optimization, and maintenance of our quality management system in accordance with current regulations.
 
You will carry on the following activities:
  • Optimization and maintenance of the quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001
  • Support in ensuring compliance with procedures and processes in line with applicable quality requirements
  • Tracking the development of relevant KPIs
  • Development and optimization of internal processes in collaboration with process owners and specialist departments
  • Preparation and execution of certification audits
  • Acting as a contact person for auditors and external consultants
  • Training employees to comply with quality guidelines and ensuring quality requirements are met
  • Direct reporting to top management

Required profile:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or qualification as an auditor with solid professional experience in plant engineering
  • Several years of professional experience as a quality manager in plant engineering, especially in dealing with quality standards and their practical implementation
  • Additional qualification as a quality management representative is an advantage
  • Solid expertise in quality management and relevant standards (particularly DIN EN ISO 9001)
  • Structured, detailed, and analytical working approach with a process- and solution‑oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and time management
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
