Your role in Tenova:  Project Controller
Description: 
We are looking for a Project Controller willing to join our Controlling Department to support the financial management of complex international projects and contribute to ensuring transparency, accuracy, and efficiency across all commercial and contractual project activities.
 
You will carry on the following activities:
  • Commercial assessment and evaluation of forecasts in large-scale projects
  • Monitoring and understanding all financial movements within the project scope
  • Cash-flow planning for projects
  • Reporting of order intake and project reports (monthly and quarterly)
  • Preparation and follow-up of order processing meetings
  • Company-wide point of contact for contractual and commercial matters, including analysis of contract terms and drafting of contract adjustments
  • Close collaboration with project managers, relevant internal departments, as well as international project controllers from other companies within the Tenova Group and project stakeholders
  • Reporting to management and executive board, as well as handling ad hoc requests

Required profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Business Law with a focus on Controlling, or equivalent qualification
  • At least five years of professional experience in a related field, as well as knowledge of international plant engineering
  • Good knowledge of international contract law is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Good IT skills, especially MS Excel and MS Word
  • Experience with SAP (CO / PS / SD)
  • High level of communication and teamwork skills, flexibility, and commitment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
