Your role in Tenova:  Lead Engineer
Description: 
  • Konstruktive Leitung und Koordination von Projekten und deren Durchführung
  • Erstellung von Anlagenlayouts und Entwürfen (Basic-Design)
  • Erstellen von komplexen konstruktiven Lösungen und Neuentwicklungen
  • Führung interner und externer Konstruktionsteams, Zuweisung von Aufgaben und Überprüfung der Arbeitsergebnisse inkl. Zeit- und Ressourcenmanagement
  • Definition und Sicherstellen von technischen Anforderungen, Richtlinien und Standards
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Kommunikation sowie Kontakt mit Kunden und Kooperationspartnern
  • Identifizierung und Bewertung techn. Risiken, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung
  • Fachliche Unterstützung bei der Montage-/ Inbetriebnahme inkl. Vertriebsunterstützung (Umsetzbarkeitsprüfung)
