Your role in Tenova:  Site Manager
Description: 

We are looking for a Site Manager willing to join our Team, with strong passion for technology and motivation to work within a multicultural and challenging environment. You will work in an international environment characterized by high technology complexity.

The candidate will be the key person on site, in front of the Customer as well as the Head Office and look forward to achieving the executive phase milestones of the project within the target time, budget cost, quality and safety requirements.

 

 You will take responsibility of the following activities:

  • Achieve the site executive phase milestones of the project within the target time, budget cost, quality and safety requirements;
  • Act as Site Representative and be the main interface with the Customer (keeping the best relationship) as well as with the Head Office during the site life;
  • Coordinate the site team composed by internal resources, external specialists and Sub-Suppliers technicians.
  • Produce all the requested reporting such as Site Progress Report, daily look book, Safety documentation, coordinate the timely issue of NCR and issue and approval of time sheets;
  • Carry out the material/equipment OPI, organize, schedule and follow‐up the erection/commissioning activities with the co‐operation of the site team;
  • Produce, when the site activities are completed, the site final report with detailed feedback and clear Lesson Learned list;
  • Support the Head Office in managing possible claims with the Customer, Suppliers and Sub‐Contractors.

Requirements:

  • Ten years of experience of construction site in the steel industry;
  • Industrial Expert diploma/ Engineering Degree;
  • Knowledge of Mechanical drawings and tools to work with in 2D and 3D
  • A first experience as assembly supervisor or coordinator is a plus;
  • Interaction and Reporting; Planning & Scheduling;
  • Ability to work in a multiethnic team;
  • Foreign languages (English Language is a must);
  • Knowledge of common informatic tools, such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
