Title: Senior Planner

We are looking for a Sr. Planner willing to join our Planning Team, with a strong passion for technology and motivation to work in a multicultural and international environment characterized by high technological complexity. You will report directly to the Planning Manager.
You will be responsible for the following aspects:
- Development of a detailed project schedule (form Lev 1 to Lev 4) in conjunction with the project team of large EP / EPC / EPCM projects.
- Development of progress measurement system and procedure to be applied at project level supporting, among others, in the finalization of the Document Control and Project Coordination Procedures
- Support the product lines in site management, procurement, project control and document control in terms of the necessary information, recursive updates and input procedures.
- Co-ordination of schedule interfaces between Clients, Consortium Partners, Subcontractors and Construction Contractors (if any).
- Assess physical progress detecting any deviation from plans
- Provide regular forecasting of project schedule, including key milestones, identifying areas of concern and potential slippage against project schedule, proposing corrective actions for matching contractual requirements;
- Lead regular schedule review meetings with the Project Team, Clients, Consortium Partner and Subcontractors
- Collect data to ensure the preparation of progress reports and deliver all the required reporting reports for the major stakeholders (project management team, Client and Tenova top management team) on a recursive basis (weekly and/or monthly)
- Prepare the “what-if” delay analysis, supporting the risk management process for performing the Risk Analysis, including Schedule Risk Analysis
- Monitor and control the manhour expenditure for evaluating productivity trends
- Execute the time-impact analysis in case of potential Change Orders coming both from Client and/or Company
Requirements:
- Master's degree or Secondary School Diploma in Engineering.
- Experience of 5 years in planning of EPC Projects for Steel Industry, Oil & Gas, Power industries.
- Professional knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project, knowledge of SAP.
- Deep knowledge of office automation software (Access, Excel, VBA, Autocad) is preferred
- Experience in Schedule Risk Analysis and knowledge Primavera Risk Analysis is a plus
- Experience in the construction field is preferred
- Knowledge of delay analysis methods and experience in claim management is a plus
- Effective knowledge of the English language.
