Safety, Quality & Manuals Coordinator

We are looking for a Safety, Quality & Manuals Coordinator to join our Downstream Team to plan and control the safety and environmental documents and manuals for each project, coordinating the working group, technicians and supplier in order to issue documentation according to project requirements and periodic Progress Reports and to maintain the ISO 9001/14001/45001 Integrated Quality System of the product line with Internal Audits, procedure maintenance and action plans.

You will carry on the following activities:

• Identify the legislative and regulatory framework applicable to the Products in UE.
• Coordinate the processes of Risk Assessment of all BU’s Products.
• Keep aware of safety regulations applicable to the products and their subsequent amendments or additions.
• For each Job and for Standard Projects, plan the Instruction Handbooks, the Safety Documents and the Environmental Documents, prepare the relevant Progress Report and issue the periodical update.
• Check the Quality/Environmental/Safety Plan for each Job.
• Prepare and issue periodically the SQ&M General and the Engineering Completion Progress Report, checking data from Tenova Informative Systems (PRO.FILE, SAP, Supplier portal, etc.).
• Collect the Suppliers Handbooks and MSDS on the Tenova Supplier Portal and manage the relevant Progress Report.
• Ensure the maintenance of the Company Quality System in compliance with ISO-9001 in order to confirm the Certification.
• Carry out the periodical Internal and External Audit for the Quality System and follow up the NC and OFI treatment.
• Manage the different linguistical versions of the Handbooks, according to DM and Contract Agreements.
• Manage the Safety Certifications out of Europe with Safety Consultants.
• Plan the training to the staff of BU related to Safety, Quality and Environmental matters.
• Archive the CE Conformity Declaration (or Declaration of Incorporation) signed originals.
• Promote the standardization of the Documents and the Internal Processes.

Required profile:

• Degree in Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role; knowledge of reheating furnace or strip processing equipment and machinery is a plus.
• Willingness to worldwide travel.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken is mandatory.

• Good inter-personal skills in combination with a strong self-supporting/ independent character and a good understanding of dynamic and challenging environments.
• Open mind attitude and desire to take on new challenges complete the ideal profile.
