Your role in Tenova:  Finance Specialist
Description: 

We are looking for a motivated young professional to join our Finance Team. If you're eager to learn, passionate about finance, and excited to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Finance Specialist, you'll gain hands-on experience in treasury operations and cash management, while supporting the team with key financial processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the company’s daily cash position, ensuring liquidity is maintained for operational needs
  • Oversee cash forecasting, short-term borrowing, and investment management to maximize cash utilization and minimize financial risk
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and treasury procedures
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize cash management processes and align financial strategies with business objectives
  • Assist in managing foreign exchange risk and hedging strategies
  • Analyze and report on treasury operations, including cash flow trends and investment performance
  • Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions
  • Support with treasury-related audits and regulatory filings

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Masters' Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience
  • Basic knowledge of financial concepts like corporate finance
  • Interest in finance is a plus
  • Strong English skills, both written and spoken
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow in a collaborative team
