We are looking for an Expediter/Workshop Expediter willing to join our Upstream Team to ensure that the organization maintains the ability to deliver products on time and/or services that meet customer quality and delivery requirements. Perform surveys to monitor and report the equipment manufacturing progress, as well as reporting and documentation in accordance with the Tenova procedures.
You will carry on the following activities:
- Checking incoming warehouse materials, including quality control to identify major imperfections and quantitative checks based on packing lists.
- Verifying that goods are received on time and according to required procedures.
- Checking the completeness of outgoing materials and their corresponding packing lists as per project requirements.
- Inspecting the completeness and suitability of packaging.
- Focal point of the project team to facilitate the preliminary activities for shipping.
- Monitoring material stock level and the material picking.
- Materials check provided for subcontracting work.
- Supervising activities conducted by the logistics company in Tenova warehouse.
- Defining material batch according to assembly sequences requested by the site team.
- Assisting the site manager with open package inspection on site.
- Performing any necessary inspections at the supplier's workshop.
- Assisting in the control of warehouse documentation, including loading/unloading material delivery notes.
- Assisting with warehouse inventory, analyzing material stock to assess material reuse.
- Verifying data accuracy in the system (SAP) and assisting with code management.
- Ability to use SAP and Microsoft Office package.
equired profile:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or graduated with mechanical background.
- 3/5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Willingness to worldwide travel.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken is mandatory.
- Good inter-personal skills in combination with a strong self-supporting/ independent character.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good understanding of dynamic and challenging environments.
- Open mind attitude and desire to take on new challenges complete the ideal profile.
