Your role in Tenova:  Data Analytics Specialist
Description: 

We are looking for a motivated Data Analytics Specialist to join our ICT Team and contribute to our Artificial Intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and technology leaders to define the AI strategy for data analytics, focusing on decision support and predictive capabilities
  • Evaluate and contribute to the selection and implementation of the AI-powered analytics platform, ensuring alignment with Tenova’s strategic goals
  • Explore and prototype AI/ML models to extract insights from structured and unstructured data, supporting strategic planning and operational excellence
  • Support the transition from legacy systems (e.g., SAP BW) by ensuring continuity of data access and quality, while driving innovation through new platforms
  • Design and deliver interactive dashboards and visualizations (Power BI or similar) to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
  • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all analytics and AI initiatives

 

What we ask for

  • Solid experience with SAP Business Warehouse (data modeling, ETL, reporting)
  • Strong understanding of data analytics architectures, with interest or experience in AI/ML applications
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Fluent in English

For the position, the starting gross annual salary will be from € 40.000, with the final offer determined based on the candidate’s seniority, experience, and skills, as well as the outcome of the selection process.
