Customer Service Specialist
(Ref. TN/PR TSP- 2025)
We are looking for a qualified professional willing to be part of our Melt Shops Customer Service Team, with strong passion for technology and motivation to work within a multicultural and challenging environment.
You will work in an international Company characterized by high technology complexity.
In this role you will ensure the correct management of after sales activities taking care of the customer’s needs and providing him with valuable solutions in terms of spare parts, technical assistances and modernizations with the aim to improve plant conditions and performances.
You will be part of the EAF product line, within Upstream Business Unit.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Previous experience in the steel industry (min 2 years)
- Knowledge and comprehension of production process
- Good knowledge of office package (Excel, Word)
- Good Knowledge of English, writing and speaking
- Willingness to travel
- Workplace: Castellanza (VA)
